At Gym Plus, we want to ensure your gear supports your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused equipment and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free process makes it easy to get back to your training.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and use the provided tracking link to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
